This market research notice is being conducted by Network Contracting Office (NCO)17 VHA Regional Procurement Office-West (RPOW) 5441 Babcock Road Medical Center, 302 San Antonio, TX 78240, for the procurement of Telehealth CR-2 equipment. The Vendor shall provide Telehealth equipment (BRAND NAME OR EQUAL) including a CR-2 and associated equipment. The equipment will be used to provide care to veterans in the local community for the El Paso VA Health Care System, located at 5001 N Piedras Street, El Paso, TX 79930. Procurement Details: Contractor shall provide and deliver a CR-2 Plus AF Non-Mydriatic Retinal camera. Support hours are Monday through Friday, 8:00 am to 5:00 pm Mountain Time. General Information: Hours of operation are Monday through Friday, 8:00 am to 4:30 pm MST, excluding holidays. Federal holidays observed include New Year's Day, Labor Day, Memorial Day, Thanksgiving Day, Christmas Day, Juneteenth, ML King's Birthday, Columbus Day, President's Day, Veterans Day, Independence Day, and any other declared by the President.
