The Embassy of the United States in Mexico City will launch the solicitation on SAM.gov when its available.
The U.S. Embassy in Mexico City requires a contractor to perform removal and replacement of the existing rooftop packaged HVAC Unit and three (3) existing Air Handling Units (AHUs) at U.S. Government Residential Property located at Mexico City.
The objective of the project is to eliminate obsolete, unsupported HVAC equipment and install modern, state-of-the-art systems that improve energy efficiency, operational reliability, enviromental compliance and long-term servieability.
The Government is planning a Site Visit, the date and location for this visit will be stated in the solicitation once its launched.
Pursuant to FAR 4.1102(a) Offerors must be registered in SAM at the time an offer is submitted in order to comply with the annual representations and certifications requirements. Failure to be registered at the time of proposal submission shall deem the offeror’s proposal to be considered non-responsive to the solicitation requirements and no further consideration will be given.
