The USDA Forest Service, White Mountain National Forest Headquarters is soliciting maintenance and emergency service for composting waste and greywater systems at its Campton, NH facility. - Government Buyer: - US Department of Agriculture, Forest Service, White Mountain National Forest Headquarters - OEMs and Vendors: - Clivus (manufacturer of composting waste systems) - Clivus New England (proprietary parts supplier) - Nepon (manufacturer of foaming toilet fixtures) - Products/Services Requested: - Maintenance and emergency service for 2 Clivus composting waste systems - Maintenance and service for 1 greywater system (including pump, float switches, filtering screens/boxes) - Inspection and maintenance of Nepon foaming toilet fixtures (including water reservoir, foam delivery baffles, air lines, filters, floats, Neponol drip elements, computer control system, and toilet seats) - Provision of Neponol soap refill boxes for staff - Bi-monthly service visits (minimum twice per month) and emergency response as needed - Estimated 6 service hours per year for each of five years - Unique/Notable Requirements: - Use of proprietary parts and materials only available through Clivus New England - Use of CNE-approved cleaners for greywater system - Contract includes a base year plus four option years (total five years) - Small business set-aside - Both routine and emergency maintenance required

Description

Description – This Contract is for the maintenance of and emergency service to the Clivus composting waste treatment and greywater systems at USFS, 71 White Mountain Drive, Campton, NH. Base year and 4 option years. See Attachment 1.

This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Part 12.  This announcement constitutes only solicitation.  Quotations are being requested and separate written solicitation will not be issued.  

Solicitation number 12444326Q0034 is issued as a Request for Quotation (RFQ) for White Mountain Composting Toilet Service.  

This acquisition  is set-aside for small business concerns.  This solicitation incorporates provisions and clauses by reference.  The full text of provisions and clauses may be accessed electronically at www.acquisition.gov.

The applicable North American Industry Classification Standard Code is 562998 .  The small business size standard is 16.5  This acquisition is a Total  Small Business Set-Aside .  All responsible sources may submit a quotation which will be considered by the agency.
