The U.S. Air Force at Beale Air Force Base is seeking industry input for providing sound and public address system services for the 2027 Beale Air & Space Expo Air Show. - Government Buyer: - U.S. Air Force, Beale Air Force Base, Air Combat Command, 9 CONS PK - Products/Services Requested: - Comprehensive sound and public address system services for a large outdoor air show event - Equipment required includes: - Speaker system (minimum 1000 watts) - Wireless and wired microphones - Audio console with playback capabilities - Announcer stage - Power generation with backup - Full service scope: equipment provision, labor, technical support, sound engineering, setup, operation, and teardown - Coordination with Air Show officials and daily safety briefings - Unique/Notable Requirements: - Contractor must have experience supporting USAF Thunderbirds or USN Blue Angels airshows - Must cover a large outdoor area and provide technical support throughout the event - Setup and sound checks required prior to event start - No specific OEMs, vendors, or part numbers are mentioned in the notice or attachments - Interested parties are asked to submit pricing estimates (ROM) and capability statements

A DRAFT Statement of Work (SOW) detailing the requirement for the Public Address System (Sound) Service for the 2027 Beale Air & Space Expo is attached for reference. No reimbursement will be made for any costs associated with providing information to this Sources Sought or any follow-up information requests.

The purpose of this sources sought is to notify the industry of the USAF intent for contract action and to request the following:

2. This is not an official RFQ; we would like a Rough Order of Magnitude (ROM) for Market Research Report (MRR) purposes only on the subject project. Please reference the attached SOW for exact information on required services needed. *Please see excel attachment for ROM (Pricing) input*
