The Department of Veterans Affairs, through Network Contracting Office 20 (NCO 20), is seeking to establish a 5-year Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) contract for respiratory fit testing equipment, supplies, annual calibrations, and training for all VHA facilities within the Western States Network Consortium (WSNC). - Government Buyer: - Department of Veterans Affairs, Network Contracting Office 20 (NCO 20), V4CONT, Vancouver, WA - OEMs and Vendors: - TSI Incorporated (OEM of the referenced PortaCount Respirator Fit Tester) - Products/Services Requested: - Quantitative Respirator Fit Testers (brand name or equal to TSI 8048 PortaCount) - Probe refill kits for fit testers - 99.5% Isopropyl Alcohol (for use with fit testers) - Annual calibration and cleaning services for fit testers - Training for fit testing equipment (in-person, virtual, or video) - Optional Microsoft Tablet with fit testing equipment - Unique/Notable Requirements: - Brand name or equal specification to TSI 8048 PortaCount - Contract covers all VISNs 17, 19, 20, 21, and 22 within the WSNC - Small business set-aside under NAICS 334516 - 5-year contract with five one-year ordering periods - Individual task orders capped at $100,000; total contract ceiling of $2,000,000 - Training delivery is flexible (in-person, virtual, or video) - Annual review for contract continuation
