Description

The City of Ithaca is seeking professional services to perform a Condition Assessment Report for the Green Street Parking Garage. The assessment is requested by the City of Ithaca and the Ithaca Fire Department and must comply with Title 19 CRR-NY 1203.3 Subsection J. The scope includes a comprehensive review of the parking garage's structural and architectural elements, onsite evaluation, and preparation of a detailed condition survey report with repair recommendations and cost estimates.
