The City of Duluth is soliciting Statements of Qualifications from qualified firms or organizations to provide consultant services for the Pine Needle Trail project along Pine Needle Dr NW from the roundabout at George Rogers Avenue to the intersection of Parkway Circle NW along SR 120/Duluth HWY/Abbotts Bridge Rd. This RFQ aims to identify potential providers for the scope of services for the project. Qualified firms may be invited to submit a technical approach and/or interview. The selected consultant will provide engineering design services and may be engaged for construction phase revisions as necessary.
