The Georgia Department of Transportation (GDOT) is seeking a pre-qualified firm to provide demolition and removal of improvements, structures, or other encumbrances in the right of way or easement areas. This solicitation is open only to bidders who currently hold prequalification status for Right of Way Property Management Services issued by GDOT. Bidders not prequalified by GDOT will not be considered. The selection will be based on the lowest, responsive, and responsible bidder according to bid prices received.
