The Naval Air Warfare Center Aircraft Division (NAWCAD) at Patuxent River, MD is seeking OEM repair and calibration services for Fluke 5790B AC Measurement Standards. - Government Buyer: - Department of the Navy - Naval Air Warfare Center Aircraft Division (NAWCAD) - Office: NAWCAD Patuxent River - OEM Highlight: - Fluke Electronics is the sole OEM specified for this requirement - Products/Services Requested: - Repair and calibration of two Fluke 5790B AC Measurement Standards - Serial Numbers: 4440301 and 4456303 - Each unit to receive OEM repair, calibration, 90-day manufacturer warranty, calibration certificate, and IUID labeling for units over $5,000 - Firmware updates are explicitly prohibited - Delivery & Performance: - Delivery required within 4 weeks of contract award (early delivery acceptable) - Work to be performed at the Naval Calibration Laboratory, NAWC Patuxent River - Notable Requirements: - Only OEM (Fluke) repair and calibration services are acceptable - IUID labeling required for units valued over $5,000 - Calibration certificates must be provided - No firmware updates allowed during service

Solicitation Information

All quotes/responses shall be submitted via email to JaNae Lester at janae.a.lester.civ@us.navy.mil no later than Monday, July, 13, 2026 @ 2:00 PM EST.  

Solicitation N0042126Q1262 is issued as an intent to sole source.  The Government intends to purchase on a firm fixed-price basis, and to solicit and negotiate the proposed purchase order on a sole source basis with Fluke Electronics (see SOW for details), under the authority implemented by Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) by FAR Part 13.106-1(b).   

This is a firm fixed-price procurement; therefore, the offeror’s intial offer should represent the vendor’s best quote in terms of price and technical acceptability. 

Basis for Award

The Government intends to award this on a sole source basis.  All interested parties MUST submit their capabilities and a quote no later than Monday, July 13, 2026 @ 2:00 PM EST .  The Government will make a decision to consider other offers.
