Description
PMNRCD, in partnership with the Rutland Regional Planning Commission as the South Lake Champlain Clean Water Service Provider, seeks proposals from qualified environmental consultants to complete a minimum 60% preliminary design for the Poultney River Tributary Stream and Wetland Restoration Project north of Fair Haven, Vermont. The project aims to address erosion, sedimentation, and phosphorus loading affecting a tributary to the Poultney River by developing a technically sound, permittable, and fundable restoration design. The selected consultant will conduct site evaluation, identify constraints, develop restoration alternatives, prepare design documents, identify permitting requirements, assist with landowner coordination, and provide technical support. Compliance with permits and full insurance are required.
