Description
The NAVSUP Fleet Logistics Center San Diego intends to issue a Sole Source order in accordance with FAR Part 12 and Part 13 to Canon Medical Systems USA, Inc.
The proposed contract is to procure the following: X-ray tube Replacement and Labor.
1. Part no. XR-LABOR RT; XR LABORER REGULAR TIME; Quantity: 1.
2. Part no. Travel; ZONE TRAVEL CHARGE; Quantity: 1.
3. Part no. A526046-01; COMPLETE X-RAY TUBE HEAD MONOBLOCK; Quantity: 1.
The Government intends to solicit and negotiate with only one source under the authority of FAR 6.302.
THIS NOTICE OF INTENT IS NOT A REQUEST FOR COMPETITIVE QUOTES.
A determination by the Government not to compete with this proposed contract is based upon responses to this notice is solely with the discretion of the Government. Information received will be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether to conduct competitive procurement.
No written solicitation document is available. Interested parties shall submit information that indicates their ability to satisfy this procurement.
Responses are due by July 10, 2026, at 10:00 AM. (PST) Pacifica Standard time.
