The United States Air Force, 316th Operations Group (316 OSS Command Suite), is seeking sources for the manufacture and installation of a custom architectural laminate slatwall paneling system and associated plaques for its new command suite. - Government Buyer: - United States Air Force - 316th Operations Group - 316 OSS Command Suite - Products Requested: - Architectural laminate slatwall panels (#1861 SEI, Blu Notte, ABET) - (4) panels sized 41.375x96 - (1) panel sized 18.625x96 - (1) panel sized 40.25x16.25 - Cut photo acrylic plaques mounted on Starboard backers - (24 sets of 2) 7.5x9.5 for award winners - (4 sets of 2) 11x13.5 for command team - Direct print to clear acrylic nameplates with integrated slatwall plate hardware - (24) 7.5x2 for CGO, FGO, etc. - (4) 11x2 for leadership team - Acrylic letters in metallic silver matte (various sizes and phrases) - Cut vinyl acrylic letters (phrases: 'Quarterly Award Winners', 'Annual Award Winners', 'Command Suite') - Digital print (30x30) of squadron patch with mounts - Notable Requirements: - Materials and finishes must match existing hallway installations for uniform appearance - Modular mounting system with aluminum channels - Custom fabrication per detailed specifications in attachments - No specific OEMs or vendors are named; ABET is referenced as the laminate manufacturer for panel finish. - Vendors must be able to meet exact specifications and be registered in SAM.

Description

The purpose of this sources sought is to find businesses that would be capable of manufacturing and installing custom architectural laminate slatwall paneling and plaques. Interested vendors should reference the "316 OSS Hallway Award Wall - Salient Characteristics Sheet" and "2026 Hallway Award Wall SOW Rendering" for specific details. Vendors must ensure they can meet the exact specifications as detailed in the Salient Characteristics Sheet. 

Interested sources shall send capabilities statements to indicate whether they can provide the subject requirement, must be registered in SAM, and furthermore indicate their size and status (i.e., small business, 8(a), HUB Zone, WOSB, SDVOSB, etc.).

No other information is required currently. Based upon the responses received, the Government will determine the set-aside method for the procurement. An award will not be made on offers received in response to this notice. This source sought synopsis is not a Request for Quote (RFQ); it is a market research tool being utilized to determine the availability of sources.
