The Tomah VA Medical Center (Department of Veterans Affairs, Patient Care Services Dept/Dementia unit) is seeking sources for Guldmann brand patient ceiling lift slings compatible with existing Guldmann GH3+ ceiling lifts. - Government Buyer: - Department of Veterans Affairs, Tomah VA Medical Center, Patient Care Services Dept/Dementia unit - OEM Highlight: - Guldmann is the specified Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM) for all slings - Products Requested: - Full body sitting slings (Basic High, Basic Low, Amputee) for Guldmann GH3+ lifts - Sit-on slings for extended seated use - Repositioning slings for patients lying flat - Gait trainer slings for ambulation and standing support - Multi-support and limb slings for therapy and wound care - All slings must be compatible with Guldmann GH3+ lifts, support weights from 550 lbs (standard) to 1000 lbs (bariatric), and be made of Net Polyester, Polyester, or Spacer Polyester - Slings must include integrated RFID tags and a one-year warranty - Services Requested: - Vendor-provided training on the use of Guldmann slings - Unique Requirements: - All slings must be Guldmann GH3+ compatible - Slings must have specific attachment points (2, 4, or 8 loops depending on type) - Must be suitable for long-term care residents and support extended use without causing skin breakdown - Bariatric versions required for higher weight capacities - Training on sling use must be included

Requests for a solicitation will not receive a response. Responses to this Sources Sought must be in writing. The purpose of this Sources Sought Announcement is for market research to make appropriate acquisition decisions and to gain knowledge of potentially qualified businesses interested in and capable of providing the requested commodities.
