Sources Sought Notice DESCRIPTION SOURCES SOUGHT NOTICE 36C25026R0086 The U.S. Department of Veterans Affairs seeks expressions of interest for 600 parking spaces to support Medical Center operations at 3200 Vine St. in Cincinnati, OH. Lease will be Monday-Friday, 5:30am to 9:00pm for 5 years with a renewal option for five additional years. A minimum of 150 spots must be offered at a single location for consideration. Notice: This advertisement is a notice of a potential opportunity. It is not a solicitation for offers, nor is it a request for proposals. The purpose is to identify potential sources and suitable locations and is not intended to pre-qualify or disqualify any potential offers. The Government will not pay for any costs incurred as a result of this advertisement. ADDITIONAL REQUIREMENTS: Lot shall have an enclosed perimeter by fence or garage. Lot shall have an access control system with proximity cards or other methods issued to the VAMC. Spaces designated for VA use if part of larger shared parking. Spaces shall meet accessibility requirements for pedestrian access. Lighting shall meet minimum lighting levels by authorities. Spaces shall be monitored by security service via SSTV. Parking shall be fully serviced for snow removal. Parking within 15 minutes walking distance to the Medical Center at 3200 Vine Street. If not within walking distance, shuttle services shall be provided during peak hours, with at least two shuttles running every 15 minutes for at least three hours per day, during approved hours.
