The NYC Department of Health and Mental Hygiene, Office of Chief Medical Examiner (OCME), is seeking City Certified Minority and Woman Owned Businesses (M/WBEs) to provide a renewal and upgrade subscription for SHAREFILE premium for the agency's IT Department. This solicitation is made under the M/WBE Small Purchase Method and contracts may not exceed $1,500,000. The cost for this subscription renewal and upgrade must not exceed $100,000. The contract period is from April 10, 2026, to July 30, 2027, with delivery within three business days from receipt of contract completion unless otherwise agreed.
