The Village of Doaktown invites developers to submit a Request for Proposal for the development of affordable residential housing on lands currently owned by the Village located at 2 Dr. Hamilton Drive with PID # 40046724, covering approximately 1.48 hectares (3.66 acres). The submission should include an offer to purchase the land from the Village. The Village reserves the right to reject all submissions not deemed in its best interest and to dispose of the land by other means. Proposals must be delivered by 3:00 PM local time on July 21, 2026.
