Description

The Peel Housing Corporation (PHC) is seeking to pre-qualify a Master System Integrator to develop and implement an Enterprise Facility Management and Control System (EFMCS) for their Affordable Housing Portfolio. The contractor will act as Prime Contractor, managing all required subcontractors, to supply and install a new open, non-proprietary platform capable of providing centralized enterprise-level control, a consistent graphical user interface, and long-term scalability across all sites. This procurement is issued in accordance with the terms of the Comprehensive Economic and Trade Agreement (CETA), Canadian Free Trade Agreement (CFTA), and other applicable trade agreements.
