Description
Brevard County Board of County Commissioners is soliciting proposals for group life, accidental death and dismemberment, short-term disability, and long-term disability insurance coverage. The solicitation also aims to expand voluntary employee-paid benefits to include group-sponsored accident, hospital indemnity, and critical illness/cancer coverage. The County plans to contract with one carrier/administrator for all lines effective January 1, 2027. Employees enrolled in individual plans may continue coverage on a direct-bill basis, but only group-sponsored benefits through this solicitation will be eligible for payroll deduction and group administration.
