Description

The Maryland Community Health Resources Commission is seeking a qualified individual to deliver a 90-minute presentation to Commissioners on the root causes of health disparities and health equity in underserved communities. The presentation is part of a Commissioner retreat planned for September 2026 to build understanding of health disparities and social drivers of poor health outcomes across Maryland. The contract is a single-engagement, deliverable-based contract focused on subject-matter expertise and presentation delivery. The Contractor must disclose any affiliation with current CHRC grantees and complete a Conflict-of-Interest Affidavit and Disclosure Statement.
