This notice of funding opportunity (NOFO) is for the BJA FY 2025 Invited to Apply – Adult Treatment Court Planning, Training, Technical Assistance and Resources Center Initiative. The program provides resources to support intensive, customized technical assistance to newly funded and existing adult treatment court grantees and mentor courts. It aims to ensure effective integration of substance use disorder treatment, mandatory drug testing, incentives and sanctions, and transitional services in judicially supervised criminal court settings.
