Description

This regulation establishes tolerances for residues of the pesticide bifenthrin in or on multiple agricultural commodities. The petition was submitted by Interregional Project Number 4 (IR-4) requesting EPA to set maximum permissible residue levels for bifenthrin on specified commodities such as celtuce, citrus oil, clover forage and hay, coffee green bean, cottonseed, and others. The regulation is a final rule effective June 30, 2026, and includes detailed residue limits in parts per million for various commodities. Objections and requests for hearings must be received by August 31, 2026.
