Description
The U.S. Nuclear Regulatory Commission (NRC) publishes this regular biweekly notice pursuant to the Atomic Energy Act of 1954. The notice includes all amendments issued or proposed to be issued from June 9, 2026, to June 22, 2026, involving no significant hazards consideration (NSHC). It grants the NRC authority to issue and make immediately effective any amendment to an operating license or combined license upon a determination that the amendment involves no significant hazards consideration. Comments on the amendments must be filed by August 6, 2026, and requests for hearings or petitions to intervene must be filed by September 8, 2026.
