The Department of Veterans Affairs, VISN 4, Network Contracting Office 4, is seeking qualified vendors to supply and install outdoor benches and planters at the Philadelphia VA Medical Center. - Government Buyer: - Department of Veterans Affairs, VISN 4, Network Contracting Office 4, Philadelphia VA Medical Center - Products Requested: - Removal of 4 existing benches and 17 planters - Installation of: - 7 Rest Benches (80" long, 18" seat height, 16" seat depth, backed wood with arms, continuous ribbon frame, 750 lbs load, surface mounted, titanium metallic powder-coated metal with Jarrah wood seat & back) - 4 Generation 50 Benches (72" long, 26" deep, 33" high, traditional backed with angle arms, aluminum casting supports, powder coat finish, surface mounted, titanium metallic powder-coated metal with Jarrah wood seat & back) - Sorel Planters in various sizes and quantities: - 3 units: 45x45x30 - 3 units: 30x30x18 - 5 units: 45x30x18 - 4 units: 45x15x30 - 2 units: 15x15x30 - All planters: titanium metallic powder-coated metal, surface mounted, with optional drain holes - Notable Requirements: - Products must meet quality and environmental standards, including powder-coated metal finishes and FSC certified wood - Delivery and installation to be coordinated in multiple phases with the facility - Work to be performed on weekends and holidays, 7:30 am to 4:00 pm - Site constraints and removal of existing furniture included - No specific OEMs or brands are named in the requirements
