Description

This notice announces that on July 1, 2026, the presiding administrative law judge issued an Initial Determination on Violation of Section 337 and a Recommended Determination on remedy and bonding in the investigation of certain flash-spun nonwoven materials and products containing same. The U.S. International Trade Commission is soliciting public submissions on public interest issues related to the recommended relief should a violation be found. Comments should address the impact of the recommended remedial orders on public health and welfare, competitive conditions, production of like or competitive articles in the U.S., and U.S. consumers. Submissions are limited to five pages and must be filed by August 3, 2026.
