Description

The Office of the Assistant Secretary--Indian Affairs (AS-IA) is proposing to renew an information collection related to Tribal Revenue Allocation Plans. This collection is necessary to ensure that Tribal revenue allocation plans meet statutory requirements, specify the uses of net gaming revenues, define eligibility for participation, notify tax liabilities, and protect the per capita shares of minors and legal incompetents. The information collected includes the name of the Tribe, Tribal documents, the allocation plan, and other necessary documents. Public comments are invited by September 8, 2026.
