This solicitation is an open-ended Best Value Request for Bid (RFB) to establish a pre-qualified pool of licensed therapists to provide behavioral health assessments and outpatient therapy services. These services support the Ellis County Behavioral Health Department and the Ellis County Veteran's Treatment Court (ECVTC). Responders must meet mandatory minimum qualifications and local service within Ellis County is highly preferred. Services will be utilized on an as-needed basis and admission to the pool does not guarantee contract award or minimum work volume.
