Description
Brevard County Board of County Commissioners is soliciting proposals for group life and disability insurance as well as supplemental health benefits. The scope includes fully insured Group Term Life, AD&D, STD, and LTD coverage, with an expansion to voluntary employee-paid benefits such as group-sponsored Accident, Hospital Indemnity, and Critical Illness/Cancer coverage. The County plans to contract with one carrier/administrator for all lines starting January 1, 2027. Employees currently enrolled in individual plans may continue coverage on a direct-bill basis, but only group-sponsored benefits will be eligible for payroll deduction and group administration.
