Description

The City of Laredo is soliciting bids for the construction of two tiny homes in the Lafayette Tiny Homes Community, including installation of all corresponding utilities. The project includes approximately 400 linear feet each of water and sewer lines, 150 linear feet of underground electrical line, 100 square feet of reinforced concrete sidewalk, and a concrete block wall to hold new electrical boxes. The homes are to follow the same specifications and designs as the existing ones. The construction contract time is 90 working days, and bidders must submit sealed bids by July 30, 2026, with a pre-bid meeting scheduled for July 13, 2026.
