Description

South Orange Village is soliciting proposals for a money management system for banking services to be implemented on or about September 1, 2026. Proposals are solicited and will be awarded pursuant to a fair and open process as provided in N.J.S.A. 19:44A-20.7. Proposals must be submitted by 4:30 pm on July 23, 2026, addressed to Ellen Malgieri, Purchasing Agent. The Village reserves the right to waive informalities, reject any or all proposals, and will have a minimum of 60 days from receipt to accept or reject proposals. The successful bidder must comply with P.L. 1975, c.127 and the Business Registration Law effective September 1, 2004.
