The Capital Regional District (CRD) is seeking an experienced Service Provider to engage the First Nations whose territories overlap CRD Regional Parks, as part of the development of a Regional Parks Stewardship Plan. The Stewardship Plan will establish a comprehensive, systemwide policy framework that integrates conservation, recreation (visitor experience), and First Nations cultural and traditional values. This plan aims to guide the long-term stewardship of CRD Regional Parks. The procurement involves business and corporate management consultation services and Indigenous peoples relations consultation and engagement.
