Description

The Northern Virginia Regional Commission (NVRC) is soliciting proposals from qualified individuals or firms to serve as an independent consultant to design and develop the NOVA Climate Atlas, a comprehensive web-based platform that integrates regional climate data, hazard information, and decision-support tools. The selected Contractor will lead the development of a publicly accessible, user-friendly NOVA Climate Atlas that supports regional climate adaptation and resilience planning efforts, enhances public understanding of climate risks, and enables data-driven decision-making across jurisdictions.
