Description

This announcement was amended on July 8, 2026 to reflect this is a brand name acquisition.  Please see both amended CLINs listed below.  The close-out of this announcement has been extended to July 15, 2026 at 1:00PM EST.

This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial products or commercial services prepared in accordance with the Revolutionary FAR Overhaul (RFO) Part 12.  This announcement constitutes the only solicitation.  Offers are being requested and a separate written solicitation will not be issued.

Solicitation number W50S8H-26-Q-0017 is issued as a request for quotation for the services of needed rifle scopes, optics, and associated mounts.

Evaluation criteria is based upon price and the ability to deliver the required items within the needed timeframe.

This acquisition a 100% Total Small Business Set-Aside.  The NAICS assigned is 332994 and the Size Standard is $1,000.00 employees.  The Product Service Code is 8465.

CLIN 0001 – Qty. 15 Each – M4 Rifle Scope

Salient features:  The contractor shall provide the Nightforce Optics NX8 1-8x24mm FC-DMX reticle capped scope model C654.  The scope msut be compact and lightweight low power variable and be compatible with the M4 rifle.  Scope must have a 1-8x magnification range.  The scope must be paired with the Scalarworks FUSE/02 model SW3210 scope mount with a 1.57” optic height.

- Delivery is required within 30 calendar days of contract award.

CLIN 0002 – Qty. 15 Each – M4 Rifle Auxiliary Optical Dot

Salient features:  The contractor shall provide a Scalarworks KICK/06 top ring scope mount model SW3400.  This mount must feature the low clearance height, and the Trijicon RMR Type 2 Adjustable LED (3.25MOA) package model 700672.
