Description
Lane County is seeking one applicant to submit a Letter of Interest for services under the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD) CoC Builds Notice of Funding Opportunity (NOFO). The project focuses on leveraging funds for capital costs of new Permanent Supportive Housing (PSH) units to maximize housing for individuals and families experiencing homelessness. PSH provides permanent housing with supportive services for homeless individuals with disabilities to live independently. Funding restrictions include no more than 20% of each award for other eligible CoC Program activities and no more than 10% for administration. The primary goal is to create new PSH units.
