The FY2026-2027 Water Tank Cleaning Project involves the inspection and cleaning of ten City-owned and operated water tanks or reservoirs at six different locations, including minor repairs as needed. Cleaning and inspection will occur while the tanks remain in service. The contractor must possess a Class A or Class C-61/D-12 license and be located within a 150-mile radius of Burlingame, California. The project requires completion within 60 working days from the Notice to Proceed, and bids must be submitted electronically via the PB System before 2:00 P.M. on July 27, 2026.
