Description
This Request for Proposal (RFP) issued by the Government of Saskatchewan, Ministry of Social Services, invites proponents to submit proposals to provide Group Living Home residential and/or Day Program services for clients with intellectual disabilities. The services will assist four individuals in a Group Living Home and three individuals in a Day Program in Saskatoon. Proposals are accepted from both non-profit and for-profit third-party service providers registered with the Information Services Corporation of Saskatchewan. The contract term is one year with options to renew annually until services are no longer required.
