This solicitation is for the construction of the Blue Diamond Wash Railroad Channel and related appurtenances in Clark County, Nevada. The project includes site clearing, removal and disposal of structures, excavation, embankment, construction of a concrete-lined channel, reinforced concrete structures, roadway improvements, utility relocations, fencing, and other related work. Additionally, roadway improvements to Blue Diamond Road between Montessouri Street and Buffalo Drive are included, involving excavation, paving, curb and gutter, sidewalk, street lights, storm sewer facilities, and pavement markings. The work is located south of Blue Diamond Road between Rainbow Boulevard and Buffalo Road, and along the south side of the Union Pacific Railroad Gypsum Spur.
