The project includes all site work, building construction, and modifications to connect the new addition to the existing building. The building will be approximately 11,100 square feet and include private offices, conference rooms, laboratories, kitchens, mechanical/electrical rooms, restrooms, and a breezeway connection. The firm must have at least ten years of experience managing similar public safety projects and comply with all relevant codes and regulations.
