Description

This project involves the removal of the existing entry ramp and installation of a new ramp including new handrails, replacement of ADA push buttons, replacement of entry double-door and hardware, and relocation of the existing bike rack. The scope also includes mobilization, construction best management practices, traffic control, and all incidental and appurtenant improvements and restorations as specified in the plans and technical specifications. The project requires a Class "B" license or equivalent for bidding as a prime contractor. The contract duration is 45 working days with liquidated damages of $1,000 per day for delays.
