The City of South Portland is seeking qualifications for the provision of various municipal services across multiple departments including Water Resource Protection, Parks Recreation and Waterfront, Public Works, Police, Planning/Development, Informational Services, Executive, and the Fire Department. The scope includes surveying, design, analysis, geospatial analysis, community outreach, permitting, development review, peer review, bidding, funding and finance support, construction and project administration, owner’s representative, field inspection, and post-construction services. Vendors must be registered with the City to submit proposals. Proposals must include required forms and will remain open for 90 days after opening.
