The Defense Health Agency (DHA) is seeking industry feedback on a draft Performance Work Statement (PWS) for an upcoming recompete of its Enterprise Teleradiology Services contract. - Opportunity is for enterprise-wide off-site teleradiology services supporting Military Treatment Facilities (MTFs) globally - Services required include professional diagnostic radiology interpretations (Radiography, Ultrasound, CT, MRI, nuclear medicine, bone densitometry, cone beam CT, PET/CT) - Interpretations must be performed by board-certified radiologists located in the U.S. or U.S. territories - Key requirements: - 24/7 coverage - STAT report turnaround within 1 hour - Urgent reports within 24 hours - Routine reports within 5 business days - Clinical privileging and credentialing - Cybersecurity compliance for secure transmission of DICOM images and reports - Quality control and reporting (monthly program status, semiannual provider activity) - Contractor must provide all personnel, equipment, connectivity, and integration with MHS Genesis (military EHR) - DHA requests industry input on best practices, contract structure, clinical triage definitions, and integration approaches - No specific vendors, OEMs, products, or quantities are listed; this is a pre-solicitation market research phase - Interested parties should review the draft PWS and submit feedback using the provided Comment Resolution Matrix (CRM) - Period of performance includes a 180-day transition period, with task orders coterminous with the base contract and a 60-day transition-out prior to contract end

REQUEST FOR INDUSTRY FEEDBACK: The Defense Health Agency (DHA) Enterprise Strategic Sourcing Branch is seeking industry input and feedback on its Draft Performance Work Statement (PWS) for upcoming Enterprise Teleradiology Services.

The Government is releasing this draft to obtain marketplace recommendations regarding commercial best practices, contract structure, clinical triage definitions, and MHS Genesis integration for the recompete of the DHA's teleradiology program. The goal of this posting is to refine the PWS to ensure a highly effective, efficient, and commercially viable contract that delivers the highest quality of care to our service members and beneficiaries. SUBMISSION INSTRUCTIONS All interested parties are encouraged to review the attached Draft PWS and submit their feedback using the provided Comment Resolution Matrix (CRM).  Responses must be submitted no later than 1400 CDT, 21 July 2026.
