This opportunity is for an Indefinite Delivery/Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) contract to provide portable sanitation equipment and services for Marine Corps Installations East, including Camp Lejeune and other bases. - Government Buyer: - Department of Defense, Marine Corps Installations East (MCIEAST) - U.S. Marine Corps Base Camp Lejeune - Products Requested: - Portable toilets (rental: daily, weekly, monthly) - Handwashing stations (rental: daily, weekly, monthly) - Gray water storage tanks (minimum 250-gallon capacity; rental: daily, weekly, monthly) - All equipment must meet specified technical standards for capacity and durability - Services Requested: - Servicing of equipment (bi-weekly, daily, emergency within 24 hours) - Relocation of equipment as needed - Emergency servicing available on weekends and federal holidays - Unique Requirements: - Contractor must provide all personnel, labor, transportation, equipment, materials, and management - Compliance with Federal, State, local, and Department of Defense environmental and safety regulations - Equipment must be fully stocked and maintained - Task orders will specify service frequencies, container quantities, and locations - Small Business set-aside under NAICS 562991 - Period of Performance: - Up to 4.5 years (one 12-month base period, three 12-month option periods, one 6-month extension) - Task orders may specify rental durations from daily to monthly - No specific OEMs or vendors are named; industry-standard portable sanitation equipment is required.

Description

The Marine Corps Installations East (MCI-East) Regional Contracting Office has a requirement for a comprehensive, commercial Waste Management Services Indefinite Delivery/Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) contract. The primary objective of this acquisition is to provide reliable, environmentally compliant, and uninterrupted solid waste collection, recycling, and disposal services across designated MCI-East installations and supported facilities.

The Contractor shall furnish all necessary personnel, labor, transportation, equipment, materials, and management required to execute waste management operations. This includes, but is not limited to, the provision and maintenance of collection containers, scheduled and unscheduled refuse removal, and the operation of recycling programs in accordance with applicable Federal, State, local, and Department of War (DoW) environmental regulations.

Task Orders issued under this IDIQ will define specific service frequencies, container quantities, and precise locations.
