The City of Los Angeles, Bureau of Engineering (BOE), is seeking a consultant to develop 30% design-build bridging documents and provide construction administration for a 5,000-square-foot Junior Arts Center, including site improvements and improvements to the existing Bridewell Armory building. This task order solicitation is only applicable to firms on the 2025 Pre-Qualified On-Call Architectural and Related Professional Services Consultants List - Tier 2. The project is funded for fiscal year 2026 and is part of the City of Los Angeles, Bureau of Engineering. Subconsultants added to the contract must be registered with RAMP.
