The City of Ithaca is seeking professional services to perform a Condition Assessment Report for the Green Street Parking Garage, as requested by the City of Ithaca and the Ithaca Fire Department. The assessment must comply with Title 19 CRR-NY 1203.3 Subsection J. The garage is a single-threaded helix PT Reinforced Concrete structure with seven levels and approximately 460 parking spaces. The consultant will provide engineering inspection services and prepare a final report including evaluation, photographic documentation, and cost estimates for recommended repairs.
