Description

The California Department of Public Health (CDPH), Center for Healthcare Quality, is soliciting bids from qualified bidders to provide print and mail out services for California licenses, renewals, and notices to the professions regulated by the Department and governed by the Radiological Health Branch (RHB) and Licensing and Certification (LNC) programs. The services include data processing, printing, sorting, inserting, sealing envelopes, and mailing of materials. The contract term is anticipated from October 1, 2026, to September 30, 2027. CDPH intends to make a single contract award to the most responsive and responsible firm offering the lowest cost, with an estimated contract value not to exceed $900,000.
