This solicitation is for Heating, Venting, and Air Conditioning (HVAC) services at the Caltrans District 3 Materials Testing Facility located in Yuba County, California. The contractor shall provide all labor, equipment, tools, materials, supplies, travel, and incidentals necessary to perform quarterly and annual preventative maintenance as well as routine and non-routine repair services of HVAC systems.
