Description
This solicitation is an Invitation For Price Quote (IFPQ) for janitorial services to be provided to Caltrans at the Caltrans District 04 Sub Shop located at 6010 Monterey Road, Building B, San Jose, CA 94607, in Santa Clara County. The contractor shall provide all labor, tools, user materials, cleaning supplies, and equipment necessary to perform the janitorial services. Bidders must be registered with the Labor Commissioner's Office at the Department of Industrial Relations (DIR) at the time of bid submittal and continuously thereafter for the duration of the agreement. Price quotes must comply with the Wages and Employee Benefits or In Lieu Cash Payments as described in Government Code Section 19134.
