The USDA Animal and Plant Health Inspection Service (APHIS) is seeking qualified contractors to rehabilitate the roof of Building 6017 at Moore Air Base, Edinburg, Texas. - Government Buyer: - United States Department of Agriculture (USDA), Animal and Plant Health Inspection Service (APHIS), Citrus Health Response Program (CHRP) - Scope of Work: - Coat and seal the entire roof (approx. 115 ft x 75 ft) of Building 6017 with a quality elastomeric reflective roof coating - Repair any roof leaks that require more than coating - Power wash the roof and perform site preparation and cleanup - Apply two coats of roof sealant - Ensure all work is performed by EPA-certified technicians - Comply with EPA and state environmental regulations and facility security requirements - Requirements: - Contractors must attend a site visit to obtain measurements and assess repair needs - Demonstrated relevant roofing experience is required - Work must be performed during normal business hours (Monday–Friday), with after-hours work requiring prior approval - No specific OEMs, vendors, or product part numbers are specified in the solicitation - Estimated contract value is between $25,000 and $100,000 - Award will be based on lowest price technically acceptable quotes - Total Small Business Set-Aside
