Description
The Fort Eustis Base Maintenance Contract (BMC) encompasses comprehensive management, transportation, provisioning of tools, supplies, equipment, and skilled labor to ensure the seamless delivery of base operations support at Fort Eustis, Virginia. The base maintenance contractor assumes full responsibility for the proficient and streamlined life cycle operations, maintenance, and repair of essential facilities with in the non privatized infrastructure, as well as the stewardship of accountable real property and installed equipment. The services provided under BMC include but are not limited to: HVAC maintenance, plumbing, electrical work, fire suppression, and repairs.
