This opportunity is for medical service providers to deliver initial and annual physical examinations for the Pennsylvania State Police Clandestine Laboratory Response Team (CLRT). - Government Buyer: - Pennsylvania State Police, Bureau of Criminal Investigation, Drug Law Enforcement Division - Services Requested: - Initial and annual physical exams for approximately 80 CLRT members per year - Exams include: medical history review, comprehensive physical exam, visual acuity, audiometry, pulmonary function test with spirometry, full blood panels (renal, liver, bone marrow CBC, electrolytes, cholesterol), EKGs, chest X-rays with B-reader interpretation, and OSHA respirator medical evaluation - All services must be performed at contractor facilities located throughout Pennsylvania - Separate billing required for each individual - Unique/Notable Requirements: - Physicians must be board certified and qualified in occupational health - Radiologic interpretation must be performed by a qualified B-reader physician - Accredited laboratories must be used for all testing - Rapid verbal and written reporting of results is required - Contractor must demonstrate ability to address both physical and psychological demands of CLRT work - Quantities: - 80 physical exams, 80 EKGs, and 80 chest X-rays (with B-reader) annually for years 1-4; chest X-rays decrease to 66 in year 5 - No specific OEMs or vendors are named; opportunity is open to qualified medical service providers

This solicitation is for providing initial and annual physical examinations as needed for members of the Pennsylvania State Police, Bureau of Criminal Investigation, Clandestine Laboratory Response Team.
