Description

The Point of the Mountain State Land Authority is seeking developer/builders for approximately 50 acres of for-sale housing west of Porter Rockwell Blvd in Draper, Utah. This solicitation is divided into two stages: Stage I is a Request for Statement of Qualifications (RFSQ) regarding proposers' interest, background, and qualifications, and Stage II will be a Request for Proposal (RFP) from shortlisted proposers seeking their proposed housing concepts, site plans, work plan, and financial proposal for specific parcels within the River District site plan. A mandatory pre-proposal meeting will be held on July 16, 2026, and proposals are due by August 14, 2026.
